On November 9, two Jewish schools in Montreal were hit by gunfire. Three days later, one of the schools was hit again.

No one was hurt in the overnight shootings. But the community was shaken by these hate crimes.

Hate crimes and violence have spiked across Canada since the Israel-Hamas war broke out last month. The targets? Jewish, Muslim, and Palestinian people and the places they live, work, and worship.
