The Canada Women’s National Rugby Union Team met England’s Red Roses in the World Cup final on September 27. London, England hosted the tournament, which is held every four years.

Canada lost the hard-fought match 33-13, but our spunky, talented players made Canada proud. It was Canada’s best World Cup finish since 2014, when the team also finished second to England in the final.
